www2sms 1.3.0

www2sms v1.3.0 is out since a few weeks now.

Besides some bug-fixes it now supports some more providers and has an on-line update function for the providers module.
This new feature makes it possible to react faster to changes on the provider side.
To reduce the chance of compromising the archive it is signed with my GPG key and www2sms only accepts the file if the signature is valid.

Version 1.1.2 supports the following providers:

o2 (DE)
Vodafone (NL)
Exetel (AU)
Telbo
VodafoneSMS (CZ)

Exetel (AT)
MutluSMS (TU)
VoipBusterPro
Arcor (DE)
160by2

The latest provider module can be downloaded from here:

You need the latest version of www2sms from the testing repository. Then just hit the update button and everything should work as it is supposed to work. I have just tested the update function and it works as it should.

Hi there,

installed www2sms, with the hope of using 160by2. Though I know that u guys got it working, I am having problems updating the providers' website list file. It gives me an error when i try to update. "Failed to import GPG signature". How do we fix it? Or is there a way of how I should manually place this py file in the appropriate location?
